Source

Axmjpeg retrieves JPEG images from an MJPEG over
HTTP stream that conforms to the “Axis Video API,
HTTP Interface Specification.” Each captured JPEG
image may be written to a file or piped through to
a shell command for further processing. It also
supports time-based retrieval, where one image per
specified interval is captured.

License: BSD License (original)

Changes:
The image-fetching code was extended to support
the TRENDnet Internet Camera Server. The URL
parser now accepts the “basic authorization”
encoding. An option was added to limit the number
of image files created.

Screenshot
ppc is an E-MU Planet Phatt/Orbit/Carnaval remote
written in C/GTK+-2. You can edit all global
parameters, and you can easily create new presets
by editing the 135 parameters that make one
preset.

License: GNU General Public License (GPL)

Changes:
Preset data is cached on disk now. You can now
save your presets easily from the UI. A smart
“Lock” button was added, which unlocks when you
close the editor. “Foobar” was replaced with “ppc”
in the license headers. ppc now (theoretically)
supports multiple devices. Linked presets controls
were added to the editor. Popup dialogs were
eliminated. Beats mode controls were added. An
icon was added.

PCGen is a Java (1.5+) -based character generator aimed at supporting OGL role playing games like those based upon the SRD, RSRD, and MSRD (such as Dungeons and Dragons). It is highly configurable by the users, allowing the Game Master to add or remove races, classes, feats, etc., and to implement house rules such as differing class or race restrictions. Level advancement is also supported, with configurable progressions of feats, skills and ability score bonuses. For “at the table” support, PCGen offers a set of GM plugins. Further options allow the user to produce a customized character sheet, which can then be viewed in, or printed from, the user’s WWW browser. It can also produce a “party” sheet with the information needed by the GM.
